What You Will Do

Guide students to explore their experiences, motivations, and values, and help them craft essays that are both compelling and deeply personal.
Provide tailored feedback and strategy based on each student's target schools, academic goals, and unique strengths.
Collaborate closely with project managers and fellow mentors to co-design individual application plans.
Contribute to the development of writing frameworks, resources, and best practices to continually improve our educational products.

Academic Background: A degree from a top global university (Ivy League or UK G5 institutions such as Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial College London, UCL). Master's or PhD preferred.
Growth Mindset: A genuine openness to learning, reflecting, and evolving your approach over time.
Professional Expertise: Strong academic background in a specific discipline (e.g., Business, Social Sciences, STEM) and the ability to offer students in-depth guidance.
Self-Driven: Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
Collaborative Spirit: Enjoys working in a flat, supportive, and mission-driven team culture.

Exceptional written and spoken English (IELTS 7.5+ / TOEFL 105+ or equivalent).
